ARY & MARTHA VANDERMEER
Founder/President
Ary VanderMeer, founder of VanderMeer Homes Ltd. has been in the building industry since he was 20 years old. In 1994 Ary founded VanderMeer Homes Ltd, giving him the opportunity to apply his own high standards of work ethic, craftsmanship and relations, allowing him to serve his clients to the best of his ability. Quality homes built by VanderMeer Homes Ltd have been in high demand, and the company has grown ever since.
Ary and his wife Martha, who is the office manager of the company, along with their 3 sons, build a highly successful team that strives hard to deliver quality and customer satisfaction day in and day out.
Ary strongly believes in long lasting business relationships. Mutual respect and dedication to team work mean that VanderMeer Homes works with the same contractors and sub contractors whenever possible. Most of the team partners have been 'on board' since the beginning.
JOHN VANDERMEER
Project Manager
John keeps our projects running smooth and on time. Growing up in the industry and coming from a background in business management, John has a unique skill set just right for the job. He is in constant contact with all our trades and clients ensuring a seamless transition between what is said and what is built.
MATTHEW VANDERMEER
Site Supervisor/Heavy Equipment Operator
Matthew has always been passionate about creating something with his hands. From tables to sinks, to entire homes, Matthew has a big picture mind set without losing focus on the details. Keeping our on-site team motivated, focused and safe is his key role, but when the time comes he is also our heavy equipment operator.
ANDREW VANDERMEER
Designer
Andrew grew up working for his dad building homes and later pursued Construction Engineering Technology. Growing up in the industry has given Andrew both practical knowledge and insight into which designs will work best. You may also find Andrew onsite helping our team bring VanderMeer Homes designs to life.
